Football Watching Party

Aggie Football is back! Do you enjoy watching the Aggies play in a room filled with plasma televisions and Aggies wearing maroon? Do you enjoy a free beer or a free appetizer while watching the Aggies beat the hell outta whoever they are playing? That’s right I said free beer and free appetizer. This year the Irish Rover will be hosting the Frisco A&M Club for all Aggie football games. For every six (6) people that walk into the Irish Rover during an Aggie football game with a Texas A&M tshirt, we get a FREE pitcher of beer and 2 FREE orders of Rusty Nuts, the signature appetizer of the Irish Rover. So, wear your maroon and white Aggie gear to the Irish Rover for every televised Aggie game. Let’s Maroon Out the Irish Rover! Families are welcome.

Family Fun Night

Location: Strikz - 8789 Lebanon Road (map)
When: Friday, October 13, 2006 7:00 PM

Our first Family Fun Night is turning out to be very exciting! Thanks To First Choice Emergency Room, five lanes will be reserved at Strikz for attendees to bowl for free from 7-9pm. Also, the first 25 arrivals will receive a free shoe rental! Strikz is located at 8789 Lebanon Road, behind Walgreens on Preston.

Strikz offers 32 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, LaZer Runner, Arcade games, and much more! Their daily specials on Thursdays are:
Snack Bar: Large Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza for $9.95 (5 PM – 10 PM)
Rollerz Sportz Bar: Margaritas $3.00 House, $4.00 Top Shelf, $3.00 Corona & Corona Light


First Choice Emergency Room is a free-standing, fully equipped emergency room, staffed by board certified emergency physicians and emergency trained nurses. The facility is capable of addressing all adult and pediatric emergencies. The services provided among others are: cardiac monitoring and chest pain stabilization, IV therapy, laceration repair, respiratory therapy / breathing treatments and management of fractures and traumatic injuries. First Choice Emergency Room has onsite CT scan, x-ray, ECG, and a COLA approved laboratory including cardiac enzyme analysis. Any patient requiring admission to the hospital can be directly admitted from our center.

Currently there are four First Choice Emergency Rooms open in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area; Flower Mound, Plano, Frisco, and Carrollton. First Choice Emergency Room in Frisco is located at 4851 Legacy Drive, Suite 301 in the Kroger shopping center. The facility is open seven days a week from noon to 10 pm. Texas Hold 'Em Night

When: Friday, October 27, 2006 7:00 PM
Suggested Donation: $30 buy-in to play, $10 suggested donation

Rules:
*All buy-ins, re-buys and add-ons stay in the pot.
*Re-Buys are allowed for the first hour.
*Add-ons are allowed at the end of the first hour.

Double Dave's is again donating pizza and peproni rolls. This event IS BYOB. All donations will go towards the FAMC Scholarship fund. If you would like to attend but not play you are still welcome to join the festivities!
